ADVENTURE SAFARI IN THE NORTHERN Tanzania (B)
ARUSHA
You will be met upon your arrival in JRO; and transfer to Hotel in Arusha.

ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK
Today we will pick up from your hotel and drive to Arusha National Park with picnic lunches, the park (137sq Km) has terrain ranging from open savannah through acacia scrublands to Afro mountain cloud and rain forest and Afro-alpine vegetation similar to Mount Kilimanjaro. Mammal species includes elephant, buffalo, various primates and giraffe’s game drives in the park enjoying a peaceful and optional (scenic canoeing safari) following the shorelines of small Momella Lake. View buffaloes, bushbuck, giraffes, hippos and many water birds living in and close to the water. Later in the day go for 1.5 hours walking safari accompanied by an armed guard. Later in the day leave the park and drive back to the lodge/hotel I town.

ARUSHA - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, leave Arusha drive to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch; the park is spectacular and it is well known for its large herds of Elephant population. Later in the late afternoon leave and drive to the camp for dinner and overnight.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast leave for more game drives in Tarangire, Spend the day exploring the park. Lunch at the lodge or as picnic in the park. Later, drive to the lodge for clients to relax and overnight.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK - LAKE MANYARA
After breakfast, we leave with packed lunch and go for a game drive in Lake Manyara; The Park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos and colorful birds, Alternative (instead of game drive safari in Manyara): After breakfast, we drive to nearby Mto wa Mbu area (4+ miles from Manyara Park’s gate) to do an approximately two hour cultural tour which will include visiting banana or rice plantations as well as a walking safari with traditional healers who will explain the medicinal values of the indigenous plants. We will leave in the afternoon and drive to the lodge in Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight.

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA
After breakfast, leave with picnic lunch and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater exploring the short grass plains of the largest intact caldera in the world. The crater enjoys its enduring charm stems from the overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lions, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many games, then later in the afternoon leave the crater and drive back to the lodge.

NGORONGORO AREA / NDUTU
After breakfast, we leave Ngorongoro with picnic lunch for an en-route game drive to Southern Serengeti.sAfternoon game drive in Ndutu Plains.

SOUTH SERENGETI (NDUTU AREA)
After breakfast, we leave for a full day game drive in towards Southern Serengeti (The wildebeest migration breeding site). This is a unique location to witness the Wildebeest Migration comprised of millions of wildebeest, zebra and other resident animals all year round in the area ungulates congregate on the Serengeti plains around the Southern Serengeti/Ndutu area, which takes place from December to March each year. Lunch at the lodge/camp or as a picnic lunch while on game drive.

SERENGETI
After breakfast, we leave with picnic lunch for a full day game drive in central Serengeti searching for large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed in the rolling plains of Serengeti savannah. The Park contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale, which has no parallel anywhere in the world. There is abundance of herbivores. Serengeti is also famous for lions and contains a wide variety of birdlife, believed to be in the region of 350 species, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work. Lunch at the lodge/camp or as a picnic lunch while on game drive.
Dinner and overnight in Central Serengeti
SERENGETI - ARUSHA / DEPARTURE
After breakfast leave with picnic lunch for another game drive in Serengeti and then transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Arusha, met upon arrival transfer to the lodge in town for lunch and day room, then later in the day pick you up and proceed to Kilimanjaro airport [JRO] for your 8:00pm flight back home.
